Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-70 years old; 2. left cerebral hemisphere stroke was diagnosed by cranial MRI and according to 2014 Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases; 3. the first onset, duration of 15-90 days, stable condition; 4. after the examination of Chinese standard aphasia diagnosed as motor aphasia (language understanding ability in 4 points above, can cooperate to complete the relevant examination); 5. no history of epilepsy and magnetic stimulation and mri examination of built-in metal and porcelain teeth; 6. mother tongue is Chinese, and before the onset of normal language function; 7. primary school education or above; 8. confirmed as right-handedness by the standardized questionnaire survey of left-handedness distribution in China; 9. Attended the experiment with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. evaluation by mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) suggested dementia (score <27 is classified as cognitive impairment), or unclear consciousness, or unable to cooperate with the completion of relevant examinations and treatment of patients; 2. unable to complete basic treatment or poor compliance, unable to complete follow-up of patients; 3. patients with hearing or visual impairment; 4. multiple cerebrovascular disease, bilateral cerebral infarction, serious complications of heart, lung and kidney, other neurological diseases and mental disorders and MRI examination contraindicated. 5. With serious cognitive impairment, serious physical disease, traumatic brain injury, drug and alcohol dependence or other diseases that may affect the structure and function of the brain, other psychoneurotic diseases.
