18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ITP patients diagnosed according to the consensus of Chinese experts on ITP diagnosis and treatment (2016 edition); 2. Aged 18-25 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal platelet caused by other factors; 2. Chronic diseases, such as diabetes, high blood lipid, hypertension, etc.; 3. Treated with glucocorticoid, gamma globulin or immunosuppressant within 1 month; 4. Pregnancy, cancer or infection; 5. Combined with other autoimmune diseases, or family history of other autoimmune diseases.
