Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the standard of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clearly diagnosed in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2013 Revision): clinical symptoms are shortness of breath, chronic cough and expectoration; there is a contact history of risk factors; FEV1 / FVC is less than 70% after inhalation of bronchodilator, and COPD can be diagnosed after other diseases are excluded; the condition is in a stable stage, i.e. patients cough and expectoration Symptoms such as shortness of breath are stable or mild; 2. Patients who can cooperate to complete the use of wechat mini program; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in the research and having signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining with other situations that may bring risks to home-based exercise, such as unstable cardiovascular disease, anticoagulant treatment, bone and joint disease, falling risk, poor stability, postural hypotension, neuromuscular disease, tumor, mental disorder and other diseases; 2. Patients with life-threatening conditions during the exercise, such as patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, motion induced syncope, patients with unstable angina, patients with recent myocardial infarction, etc.; 3. Patients who participated in systematic exercise at least once a week in the past 6 months; 4. COPD patients with grade 4 dyspnea (MMRC).
