65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were selected for unilateral hip replacement surgery, regardless of gender, aged 65-80 years, body mass index 18-25kg/m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I–III, voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have hip replacement surgery not for traumatic fracture and allergy to local anesthetics, lower limb motor function was abnormal, has a history of opioid or non opioid analgesic drug allergy, spinal canal anesthesia taboo (puncture infection, blood coagulation dysfunction, platelet < 100 x 10^9, increased intracranial pressure, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe low blood volume, sepsis, bacteremia, spinal canal tumor, can't cooperate, spinal trauma or low back pain), emergency surgery.
