Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Han nationality; 2. Aged 0-18 years; 3. Normal height and weight (standardized growth curve of height and weight for children aged 0 to 18 in China, li hui et al., 2009, FIG. 1-4, within the curve range); 4. Normal blood pressure. 5. No history of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or liver disease. 6. No abnormality was found in cardiovascular, respiratory system, liver and spleen during physical examination. 7. Blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and kidney function are normal; 8. Echocardiography showed no structural heart disease and normal heart function. 9. Ultrasound examination of liver, bile, pancreas and spleen was normal. 10. No medication history affecting the hepatobiliary system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The newborn is premature and the mother has a history of adverse pregnancy; 2. Patients with severe heart disease and abnormal heart function; 3. Abnormal liver function (transaminase and bilirubin exceeding the normal value), abnormal renal function (creatinine exceeding the normal value), increased blood lipid (total cholesterol, low density and high density lipoprotein, any of which is not within the normal range); 4. Endocrine diseases: thyroid diseases, diabetes, aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, adrenal cortical dysfunction, genetic and metabolic diseases or family history; 5. A history or family history of liver disease; 6. Connective tissue diseases, serious nervous system diseases, infectious diseases; 7. Skin rupture in test area. Tumor or after tumor surgery; 8. Poor ultrasonic image quality cannot meet the requirements of parameter measurement and analysis.
