Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome (MS); 2. Aged between 18-65 years; 3. There are stones on both sides of urinary tract, and one side has been operated on, and the diameter of the other side is less than or equal to 10 mm; 4. Good bilateral renal function; 5. The whole body is generally in good condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged below 18 or over 65; pregnant and lactating women, and those with positive pregnancy test; 2. Deformity, stricture, obstruction and scar adhesion of the kidney or ureter; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or known serious diseases (such as tumor and AIDS) that affect their survival, or mental and legal disabilities; 4. Those who have used drugs to treat urolithiasis in the past week.
