18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (BCLC, stage C) proved by histopathology or proved by CT or MRI imaging system, relapsed after previous therapy and no effective therapies known at this time; 3. Life expectancy of >12 weeks. 4. WBC >3.0x10^9/L, LYMPH> 0.8x10^9/L, Hb >85g/L, PLT >50x10^9/L, Cre10/mL in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC); 6. Able to understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any uncontrolled systematic disease: hypertension, heart disease, and et al.; 2. Portal vein tumor thrombus, central nervous system tumor metastasis, or combined with other tumors; 3. Receiving radiochemotherapy, local therapy, or targeting drugs within 4 weeks prior to this treatment; 4. Unstable immune systematic diseases or infectious diseases; 5. Combined with AIDS or syphilis; 6. Patients with history of stem cell or organ transplantation; 7. Patients with allergic history to related drugs and immunotherapy; 8. Patients with complications associated with liver diseases: moderate or severe pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, ascites, or gastrointestinal hemorrhage; 9. Pregnant or lactating subjects; 10. Unsuitable subjects considered by clinicians.
