Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the line with the diagnostic criteria of the basic diagnosis and treatment guidelines for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the Chinese medical association (2018): dyspnea, chronic cough or sputum symptoms;History of exposure to risk factors;Pulmonary function examination after inhalation of bronchodilator, FEV1/FVC<0.7 indicated restricted airflow and excluded other diseases; (2) The condition is during acute exacerbation; (3) can cooperate with the completion of the motion sense interactive game exercisers; (4) voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combine with other may bring risk to the exercise, such as anticoagulation, joint disease, neuromuscular disease, < 3 months after operation, the recent fracture (< 6 weeks and/or unstable), moderate to severe depression/anxiety diagnosis, serious neurological diseases such as epilepsy, etc., recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina and noninvasive or invasive mechanical ventilation, etc.; (2) Those who have participated in systematic exercise in the past 6 months; (3) Those who without a TV or have a TV but can not connect to the game.
