20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gallstone or gallbladder polyp who satisfied the diagnostic T2DM standard and glucose Stable; (2) patients above who undergoing LC;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) gallbladder carcinoma and coexisted malignant diseases; (2) patients with open cholecystectomy; (3) patients with complications such as fistula, bile duct injury, infection, etc; (4) patients with debilitating disease, unresolved psychiatric illness, pregnancy or substance abuse which might affect the metabolism and follow-up work.
