40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages greater than 18 years, regardless of gender and race; 2. Acute angle-closure glaucoma; 3. Combination of 3 or more anti-glaucoma drugs, patients with uncontrollable intraocular pressure (=40mmHg); 4. Patients and their families have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude neovascular glaucoma, open-angle glaucoma, and congenital glaucoma; 2. Those who have undergone other internal eye surgery that may affect the evaluation of postoperative efficacy before enrollment; 3. Patients with more severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and major organ dysfunction; 4. with history of laser peripheral iris angioplasty or punching; 5. Patients cannot be followed up.
