Conventional VPS group:Antifungal Induction Therapy + VPS after Induction Therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: patients who meet the US IDAS 2010 cryptococcosis treatment guidelines and the cryptococcal microbiological identification indicators within the consensus of 2018 Chinese cryptococcal meningitis experts; 2. The patient has a clear intracranial pressure (more than 200mmH2O or 15mmHg) in the lumbar puncture; or the patient has clinical manifestations of intracranial hypertension such as headache, nausea and vomiting and papilledema; 3. Aged 16 and 65 years; 4. All patients signed a written informed consent to participate in the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 2. patients who have been treated with immunosuppressive drugs for a long time after organ transplantation; 3. Those with poor general condition, unable to cooperate with the relevant assessment process, and need to take rescue treatment measures; 4. patients with bacterial central nervous system infections; 5. Patients who are unwilling to participate in clinical trials or inaccessibility.
