Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed as ITP according to the "ITP diagnosis and treatment of Chinese experts consensus (2016 edition)".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal platelet caused by other factors; (2) Chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, etc.; (3) Have a history of digestive diseases, diarrhea or stool within a month; (4) Long-term use of intestinal microbial preparations, such as enzymes, lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacterium preparations; (5) A history of drug use within the last month, especially antibiotics; (6) Pregnancy, cancer or infection; (7) Combined with other autoimmune diseases, or the family has a history of other autoimmune diseases.
