Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 35 years or above; (2) single pregnancy; (2) healthy without pregnancy complications; (3) gestational weeks are 12-14 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women with cognitive impairment; (2) pregnant women who cannot use Chinese for written or oral communication.
