2:ankle joint without plaster immobilization(contralateral ankle joint of group 1)
3:achilles tendon rupture with PRBT treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers: normal adults aged 18-55 years old, male or female, no history of Achilles tendon rupture, no history of other surgery in the lower extremities; Patients: 1) Patients with simple acute Achilles tendon rupture (injury to surgery time <3 weeks); 2) Treatment of patients with Achilles tendon rupture with traditional open Achilles tendon surgery and minimally invasive PRBT; 3) Patients who have undergone rehabilitation after surgery; 4) The unilateral Achilles tendon rupture, the first Achilles tendon rupture, and the opposite Achilles tendon is intact;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetic patients; 2) History of smoking and drinking; 3) Open Achilles tendon rupture, clear mechanical trauma leading to Achilles tendon rupture; 4) Secondary fracture of Achilles tendon; 5) Chronic Achilles tendon rupture (injury to surgery time > 3 weeks); 6) Suspicious infection or clear infection around the Achilles tendon, pus, peri-incision secretion culture (+) patients; 7) Other patients with lower extremity vascular disease (thrombotic occlusive vasculitis, lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease, Raynaud's syndrome, etc.); 8) Other surgical patients with lower extremities (such as ORIF of the tibia fracture, ORIF of the calcaneal fracture, Pilon fracture, etc.); 9) Patients who are using anticoagulants, anti-platelet aggregation, etc.; 10) Patients with hematological diseases, hemorrhagic constitution, coagulopathy, prolonged PT and APTT, and patients with PLT less than normal; 11) Pregnant or lactating women with positive pregnancy test and lactating women; 12) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 13) Patients who do not follow the doctor's advice, do not cooperate or are not suitable for examination.
