Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III; gender unlimited; aged >=65 years old; BMI 19-25kg / m2; MMSE score > 23 points; length of stay >=7 days; the study has been approved by the hospital ethics review committee, and all patients signed the informed and voluntary cooperation investigation consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the scores of Alzheimer's disease or MMSE were less than 24 (Full Score 30); (2) family history of mental illness or mental illness; (3) severe cardiac insufficiency (EF < 30%; sick sinus syndrome; HR < 50 times / min; high atrioventricular block); severe liver function damage (preoperative child grade C); severe renal insufficiency (requiring dialysis treatment) or severe coagulation function abnormality. (4) long history of alcoholism and abuse of psychoactive drugs; (5) those who can not communicate with doctors or complete preoperative neuropsychological function test due to mental illness; (6) sleep disorders, including insomnia, drowsiness, sleep breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorders, rapid eye movement behavior disorders and narcolepsy.
