Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consider patients with severe pneumonia and adults without severe pneumonia who are at risk of thrombus thrombosis and receive preventive anticoagulant therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anticoagulant contraindications who cannot receive preventive anticoagulant therapy
