18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Type 2 diabetes (the established diagnostic criteria can be: the 2010 ADA diabetes diagnostic criteria or the 2013 version of the "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide" recommended diagnostic criteria); 3. Can cooperate with the completion of MMSE, MoCA, ADL, depression, sleep and other conventional assessment tables; 4. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of diseases in which psychiatry or neurology may affect cognition; 2. History of myocardial infarction; 3. arterial disease around the leg or abdominal aorta; 4. Self-reported history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. family history of dementia.
