Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female participants (ASA status I or II,aged >18 years)scheduled for elective unilateral breast cancer surgery were assessed for study eligibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.allergy or hypersensitivity to the study drugs (local anaesthetics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or opioids). 2.infection at the puncture site 3.history of drug abuse. 4.preexisting chronic pain. 5.psychological disorder. 6.communication barrier.
