Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients in the department of cardiology of the second hospital of Jilin University who combined with other clinical complications, with systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg were measured three times on the same day, or normal blood pressure after taking antihypertensive drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious heart, lung, liver and kidney function is not complete; 2. previous organic brain diseases affect cognition, such as stroke, dementia; 3. mental diseases can not cooperate; 4. have vision or hearing impairment can not scale investigators.
