Interventions

Case series:Conventional whole-brain radiotherapy (6MV X ray, DT30Gy/10Fx) was used in combination with amlotinib. Amlotinib was taken orally at 12mg/D for 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75; ECOG PS score 0-2; Histopathologically diagnosed patients with non-small cell lung cancer, EGFR wild-type, and head MRI with brain metastases.Other metastatic lesions are allowed to exist, but do not cause the corresponding clinical symptoms. Patients who had received at least two systemic chemotherapy regimens;Expected survival over 3 months;The patient volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.Other major organ functions meet the requirements of drug therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Small cell lung cancer, including small cell and non-small cell cancer mixed lung cancer; Central, empty lung squamous cell carcinoma, or with hemoptysis (>50ml/ day) of non-small cell lung cancer patients; Patients whose tumors had invaded important blood vessels or who, as determined by the investigator, were at risk of massive bleeding during follow-up studies; Patients with any physical signs or history of bleeding; Patients with previous history of craniocerebral radiotherapy.
