Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All the patients were consistent with the standard of depression in DSM-IV; (2) Aged 18-45 years; (3) Right-handed; (4) Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items) >=7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients with other serious psychiatric disorders other than depression, such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia; (2) with a history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases; (3) with a history of severe cardiovascular system the respiratory system, immune system an d systemic disease history; (4) with a history of alcohol, morphine or drug abuse; (5) unable to cooperate with the completion of the relevant neuropsychological tests and multimodal neuroimaging data collection; (6) pregnant and lactating women.
