Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant1 women at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy and 18-50 years of age, visiting the Seventh People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine for GDM screening; 2. Ability to read, understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women diagnosed as type I or type II diabetes before pregnancy; 2. Currently, drugs that affect blood sugar are used, such as metformin and glucocorticoids; 3. Currently, drugs that affect blood choline metabolites, such as essential, are used; 4. Pregnant women with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases, gestational thyroid disease, and placenta previa; 5. HIV-positive, women who have thalassemia, cystic fibrosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, other autoimmune diseases, and history of chemotherapy.
