Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with acute aortic syndrome by computed tomography angiography; 3. Onset time <=14 days and accepted surgical treatment; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic acute aortic syndrome; 2. Iatrogenic acute aortic syndrome; 3. Women with acute aortic syndrome in pregnancy; 4. No surgical treatment.
