Age
50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 50-80 years old patients; (2) ASA class I-II; (3) preoperative cardiopulmonary function without obvious abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. asthma, tuberculosis, copd and other clearly diagnosed lung diseases; 2. existence PEEP contraintion: lung bullae, emphysema, etc.; 3. there was a history of upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks before surgery; 4. arterial blood gas PaO250mmHg; 5. History of surgery of lung.
