Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis of the knee, with poor conservative treatment effect. Suitable for TKA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Revision total knee arthroplasty; (2) Liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Knee joint infection or suspected infection. Additionally, patients with a history of cardiac disease, deep vein thrombosis, or surgery of the knee joint were excluded.
