Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obese: body mass index (BMI) >=24kg/m2; Waist circumference >=85cm for male and >=80cm for female; 2. Blood pressure level: systolic blood pressure >=130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=85mmHg (including patients with hypertension); 3. Blood glucose level: fasting blood glucose >=6.1mmol/L and/or blood glucose >=7.8mmol/L 2 hours after meal (including patients with diabetes); 4. Fasting triglyceride (TG) >=1.7mmol/L and/or serum total cholesterol >=5.2mmol/L and/or hdl-c =30g for me and 15g for women 7. unbalanced diet; 8. Physically inactive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged =80 years old; 2. With a clear diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (myocardial infarction and stroke), lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Non-cooperation, including failure to adhere to treatment or use of other treatments, failure to collect data and evaluat results; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
