Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14-65 years; 2. Diagnosed high-voltage electric burns in wrist (The voltage is greater than 1000v), and admitted within 14 days after the injury; 3. No serious injury above the ipsilateral forearm leads to vascular and nerve dysfunction above the elbow joint; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of high-voltage electric burns in wrist (The voltage is less than 1000v), admitted more than 14 days after the injury with serious local or system infection; 2. The ipsilateral limb has serious loss above the forearm and vascular and nerve dysfunction; 3. The general condition is unstable and difficult to tolerate surgical treatment; 4. Refusing limb salvage treatment due to personal reasons and requiring amputation.
