20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile couples scheduled for their first or second IVF/ICSI cycle; 2. In line with DOR criteria (AFC<7 follicles or AMH<1.2ng/ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Couples undergoing PGD and PGS; 2. Woman older than 45 years; 3. Women with congenital or secondary uterine abnormalities, such as uterine malformations including single-horned uterus, septate uterus or double uterus, adenomyosis, uterine submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions; 4. Women with hydrosalpinx; 5. Women with recurrent miscarriage; 6. Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); 7. Women with endocrine or metabolic abnormalities (pituitary, adrenal, pancreas, liver or kidney).
