18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU adults need nasojejunal tube placement (including but not limited to pancreatitis, gastric retention, gastroesophageal reflux and high risk of aspiration); 2. aged 18 to 80 years; 3. expected ICU length of stay > 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2. upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage within 1 month; 3. esophageal and gastric varices; 4. liver cirrhosis.
