Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 70 years old, male or female; 2. visit the doctor for discomfort symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension, regurgitation, belching, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, chest pain, etc.; 3. no antibiotics, bismuth, H2 receptor antagonist or PPI preparation were given within the last 4 weeks; 4. positive 13C urea breath test; 5. agree to perform gastroscopy and take gastric mucosa biopsy specimens for HP culture, drug sensitivity test and other experiments related to this study; 6. HP infected patients who agree to the eradication treatment of HP, and are willing to cooperate with doctors to conduct follow-up investigation on the efficacy of eradication; 7. sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who failed to eradicate helicobacter pylori treatment; 2. patients with contraindicated gastric mucosal biopsy (coagulation dysfunction, taking anticoagulant drugs, etc.); 3. serious impairment of heart, liver and kidney function; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. hematemesis, black stool, perforation, pyloric obstruction, cancer complications; 6. patients with a history of esophageal and gastrointestinal surgery; 7. patients who cannot properly express their main complaints, such as mental illness or severe neurosis; 8. those who take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or alcohol at the same time; 9. allergic to any of the 6 antibiotics (amoxicillin, metronidazole, clarithromycin, levofloxacin, tetracycline, furazolidone) in the HP drug sensitivity test.
