Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 ~ 80 years; 2. High-risk groups of gastric cancer: helicobacter pylori infection, family history of gastric cancer (such as parents, brothers, sisters and other first-degree relatives with gastric cancer), history of chronic atrophic gastritis (including intestinal methiosis and neoplasia), history of peptic ulcer, long-term anemia, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Usigned informed consent; 2. With serious cardiac insufficiency, hypohepatia, renal dysfunction, neuropathy and mental disorders; 3. History of gastric surgery (including operation and minimally invasive operation ); 4. Takeing druas like PPI, acid-producing drugs and stomach-protecting drugs within two weeks; 5. People who are taking aspirin, warfarin and other anticoagulant drugs, or who have coagulation dysfunction; 6. Someonne who investigators don't recommend to participate in this study.
