Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the New York standard revised in 1984, diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Discharged patients who have improved their condition and achieved discharge criteria by hospitalization; 3. Understand the purpose, steps and content of the study, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; 4. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese, effective communication and communication with researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Direct or indirect reporting relationship with the researcher; 2. Fibromyalgia, local pain caused by lumbar or cervical compression, with nerve roots or other moderate to severe pain, may be confused with pain assessment or self-assessment associated with ankylosing spondylitis; 3. Complicated with dysfunction of vital organs; 4. Mentally ill, incapacitated; 5. Unable to use computer or mobile phone.
