Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-30 healthy adults.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. X-ray radiography, CT or MRI and other specialized examinations have clear discogenic disease or other cervical diseases; 2. definite sternocleidomastoid myopathy; 3. pregnant women; 4. visitors are not allowed; 5. chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes; 6. infectious diseases in the last month; 7. regular exercise at least half a year at ordinary times, especially to the muscle training; 8. nearly one month take medicine; 9. family genetic history.
