Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight less than 2500g; 2. Gestational age less than 37 weeks; 3. Family members participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital metabolic diseases need special milk powder feeding; 2, accompanied by heart, brain, kidney and other important organs of serious congenital diseases
