18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 were diagnosed resistant hypertension; 2. Patients taking 3 or more antihypertensive medications, including one diuretic, who have not yet achieved blood pressure control (> 140/90 mmHg) are referred to as Resistant Hypertension; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Patients who had a history of renal artery stenosis or imaging suggestive of renal artery stenosisGFR <45 ml/min /1.73 m2; 3. Severe liver function damage; 4. Type 1 diabetes; 5. Severe valvular heart disease; 6. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study; 7. Myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident within the previous 6 months.
