Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. LVEF>=50% and BNP>250pg/ml; 2. NYHA grade ii-iv; 3. permanent or persistent atrial fibrillation; 4. patients aged 18 or above; 5. patients who have undergone at least one chance of catheter ablation treatment or who have recurred from RFCA or refused catheter ablation treatment; 6. be able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. sinus heart rate and (or) LVEF<=50% and (or) indications of ICD implantation; 2. infection; 3. unable to tolerate cardiopulmonary function test; 4. pregnant or expecting to become pregnant or breast feed within 1 year; 5. participated in or is participating in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 6. the researcher judged that the patient compliance was not good and the protocol could not be strictly implemented, and patients could not be followed up due to various reasons; 7. any other case that the investigator think inappropriate to participate in the study.
