18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent form signed voluntarily; 2. Chinese population aged 18-65 years old; 3. Clinical criteria: the physical examination of limb muscle strength, muscle tension is normal. Sense of pain and vibration exist symmetrically. The tendon reflex of the extremities is normal and the pathological reflex is not induced; 4. Neuroelectrophysiological criteria: the conduction velocity and amplitude of median nerve by EMG are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incoorperative subjects; 2. Other conditions that the researchers considered inappropriate for inclusion
