Case series:donor heterologous cloning-induced hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Age

1 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. non-malignant hematological diseases, requiring allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to treat patients; 2. no 10/10 HLA (A, B, C, DRB1 and DPB1 sites) HLA phase contractor or unrelated donor; 3. no 9/10 HLA compatible relative donor; 4. no >=7/10 HLA coincident unrelated cord blood; 5. Sign the informed consent form. All criteria are met to be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. left ventricular ejection fraction 5000; 4. Accompanied by other doctors who think it is not suitable. Exclude if an exclusion criterion is met.
