2 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One of the following manifestations can be performed on allo-HSCT: a systemic lupus erythematosus with a single gene mutation. 2 patients with conventional glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents are ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has irreversible damage to the main organs; 2. patients or family members do not agree with HSCT.
