Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with colorectal adenomas during colonoscopy examination or examined by biopsy after resection in our hospital; 2. The patients admitted to our hospital for colorectal adenomas resection whose pathological results in other hospitals shows colorectal adenomas.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients refuseing to be involved in the study; 2. The patients having received the standard treatment for helicobacter pylori eradiction or taking acid-inhibitory drugs or taking antibiotics in recent 4 weeks. (The standard treatment for helicobacter pylori eradiction means taking four-drug treatment for 2 weeks and the results of HP-recheck turn negative 1 month after ending treatment); 3. The patients combined with the following diseases or one of their first-degree relatives combines the following diseases: adenomatous polyposis, familial adenomatous polyposis, hamartous polyposis, black spot polyposis, juvenile polyposis; inflammatory bowel disease; 4. The patients suffering from other tumor diseases at the same time.
