Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fracture of proximal humerus combined with rotator cuff tears; Partial rotator cuff tears; 2. aged >=45 years; 3. male and female; 4. In-door patients; 5. Signed informed consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. shoulder uncomfortable before fracture of proximal humerus; 2. local glucocorticoid injections in the last 6 weeks; 3. diabetes or a rheumatological condition; 4. tobacco smoking; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
