Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meets the criteria of speed reduction and grip reduction in the diagnosis of sarcopenia (step speed =1year; 6. Voluntary participation and completion of the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cannot move and cannot stand up from the chair independently; (2) Those with serious primary disease such ad liver, kidney, hematopoietic, and endocrine systems); (3) Chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency (can not perform normal daily activities, grade ?? of heart failure, or a walk test that cannot tolerate 6m; (4) Patients with a history of mental illness, a history of personality disorder, cognitive impairment, and brain organic diseases; (5) Affecting activities due to nervous system diseases or bone and joint diseases; (6) Those with malignant diseases.
