Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. pathological confirmation of DTC; 2. 1-6 months after total or near total thyroidectomy; 3. patients are refered to our department for radioiodine ablation treatment; 4. thyroid hormone withdraw for at least 3 weeks and TSH 30UI/mL; 5. stimulated thyroglobulin =10ng/ml; 6. thyroglobulin antibody <=115 UI/mL; 7. total removal of known tumors (R0); 8. Low iodine diet for 2 weeks before treatment; 9. aged 18-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. high risk pathological types of PTC: high columnar, low differentiation, etc., 2. gross extrathyroidal extension during the surgery; 3. local recurrence, metastasis or distant metastasis has been confirmed or suspected before treatment; 4. iodine enhanced CT scan was performed in 3 months before treatment; 5. in addition to thyoidectomy and thyroid hormone replacement therapy, the patient has been received other treatments, such as radiotherapy, etc., 6. patient with second or more primary malignant tumors; 7. patient with serious diseases, such as angina pectoris, recent heart attack or stroke, severe unstable hypertension, dementia, dialysis, tracheotomy requiring care, learning difficulties, etc., and any patients who may not be able to comply with radiation protection principles or need regular care/medical supervision); 8. pregnant or lactating female; 9. active tuberculosis; 10. history of allergy. 11. radioiodine scan after thyroidectomy
