Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects with intrabony defects three months after initial therapy: 1. PD>=6mm within proximal sites; 2. Bone defects depth >=4mm; 3. Width of papilla >=1mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The teeth with furcation involvements; 2 The teeth has diseases beyond proximal sites; 3 Mobility exceeding >=2 degree; 4. Oral health are not good enough to undergo surgery; 5. The involved teeth have faulty restorations; 6. Other oral treatment are needed; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Heavy smokers; 9. Systemic health are not good enough.
