Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 30 years old,woman,voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who take drugs that affect muscle mass or muscle strength; (2) Those who participate in moderate-intensity exercise for more than two hours per week; (3) Those who have a stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, or neuromuscular disorders who are unable to participate in physical activity; (4) Kidney and bladder stones; (5) Those with arrhythmia, a rhythm regulator, and severe cardiovascular disease; (6) People with epilepsy and rheumatoid arthritis; (7) implanted artificial joints and recent surgery in the past six months; (8) Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia; (9) Those who are engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment; (10) Those who are physically unwell due to other reasons during the experiment; (11) Obese people have a BMI > 27 and the subject weighs more than 80 kg.
