Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first or the second primary molar with pulpitis; (2) 3-5 years old children suffering the first primary molar with pulpitis, or 3-7 years old children suffering the second primary molar with pulpitis, withou any root resorption in the X-ray; (3) Children's willing to cooperate and parents'good treatment compliance, with informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from the root canal myelitis, the rest of the root canal for the root tip of the week inflammation; (2) Children suffering from systemic diseases such as hereditary lactose teeth; (3) The child is not dependent or the researcher believes that the child can not complete the whole experimental treatment.
