18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled in women with 13~16 weeks of gestation; 2. Pregnants lived in Hefei city during pregnancy, and intended to have a antenatal care and delivery at the survey site; 3. Monocyesis; 4. Aged 18~45 years; 5. Willing to accept regular follow-up after being informed; 6. Be able to answer the questionnaire clearly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy with assisted reproductive technology; 2. Affected with serious organic illness or mental disease; 3. Pregnancy complications; 4. Long-term drug use affected liver and kidney function; 5. Uncooperative in completing the questionnaire.
