Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) although the patient receives medication, the pain is not fully controlled; (2) unable to tolerate opioid titration scheme due to side effects; (3) patients may prefer intrathecal administration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with coagulation dysfunction, spinal metastasis at the puncture site, spinal infection at the puncture site, severe scoliosis of the spine, who have undergone intraspinal surgery and other procedures unsuitable for intraspinal canal analgesia; (2) patients who do not accept intravertebral canal analgesia operation
