Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed of primary lung cancer by pathology; patients?undergo a standard single-port VATS?lobectomy of lung cancer; age=18.5 years; R0 resection; intact clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients undergo pneumonectomy or with thoracic cavity closure; complicated with empyema preoperatively; postoperative hemorrhage or continuous leakage that needs undergoing reoperation; severe post-operative complications that need respiratory support; patients with mental disease combing; patients treated with systemic hormone therapy; patients with poor treatment compliance; deemed unfit to attend the trial by investigator; incomplete clinical data.
