Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-60 years old, male and female; (2) the diagnosis meets the HIV / AIDS diagnosis standard of China AIDS diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2018 Edition), and the patient is confirmed as HIV-1 infected; (3) those who sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women; (2) those who have participated in the clinical trials of HIV vaccine or taken other drugs that affect the test indicators within the past three months; (3) those who plan to use DTG / ABC / 3TC, but HLA-B * 5701 gene test is positive; (4) those who are definitely allergic to EFV; (5) received art before; (6) in the judgment of the researcher, there may be potential violation of the test compliance or any other situation affecting the safety and effectiveness evaluation.
